My girlfriend and I ate here tonight with a 7:45 reservation without any expectations and were actually pretty blown away! We got seated immediately and the atmosphere is really cool with a modern woodland vibe. In a claustrophobic world where everyone feels shoved together, the tables here were pleasantly spaced apart to enjoy an intimate evening - it's nice to see a place prioritizing experience over profiteering. Family friendly, but upscale dining experience does come at a price but the food was incredible. Our waitress Savannah was awesome!! We never waited for ANYTHING and we were checked up on at every appropriate moment. The manager also walked the floor and made sure every table was greeted. We got access to a nice big booth since another party cancelled, and that was a super nice gesture, it was actually my girlfriend's birthday so we really appreciated the hospitality. Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Bin 189 and the staff you guys are awesome.
Located in the Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa, Bin 189 offers a culinary experience that captures a cross of ambience, service, and good food. A very extensive wine selection and a full bar, your choice of beverage should be readily available. In town a few days for a retreat, I had an opportunity to try several options on the menu. My favorite was the angel hair pasta with shrimp. Lighter than expected, flavorful and prepared just tight.
This is a rather upscale restaurant inside the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa. It is relaxing and has beautiful views of the lake. We were here at lunch time and enjoyed some burgers and fish and chips. We also had Line 39 Pinot Noir and a couple of beers. Service was very good, and our waitress even took our photos lakeside after our meal, as we were enjoying a visit from our two boys. I would certainly recommend anyone to try this place out and escape the craziness of the village. It is tucked in the lake and surrounded by trees. Nice touches throughout the lobby with fresh flowers and a water feature. Beautiful destination!
I didn't actually eat here but just want to leave a review for the amazing service rendered by one Mr. Derek, who was on duty last night. It was closing time and my little toddler wanted milk. I was just thinking where the heck can I find milk at this hour and getting ready to head out to the night... Thats when I decided to make to turn and walk to the restaurant bar to try my luck. I was expecting a natural refusal, but Mr. Derek went out of his way and got a glass for me. It was a small thing but extordanarily kind guesture on Mr. Derek's behalf. If you read this Derek, Thank you so much and my little toddler really loved that milk! Easiest glass she finished off for a while :)
Our favorite place to eat while in lake arrowhead. The bartenders are always great and the food is awesome. We make sure we come in every time we stay at the resort
Ate here a couple times during our stay and everything we ordered was delish! Personal favorite is the kale salad w/ grapes and brussel sprouts. Chicken wings and burger were all cooked to perfection. 10/10 for the ambiance. We always easily got a patio table w/ no wait, and the panoramic view of the lake is breathtaking! Servers and the manager are always so friendly and on point. We can't wait to stay at this hotel again it was a very lovely weekend.
We got to the resort early and decided to have a bite to eat. The service was fast, efficient, as well as friendly. We were greeted by a gracious host at the host stand, and he immediately walked us to our lake view table just inside the patio door. We attended a wedding this evening but knew we needed to eat before hand. My husband ordered the wings and I ordered the burger. Let me tell you, it was one of the best, if not THE best burger I have ever had. It was my first time staying here and dining here and I cannot wait to return. Thank you for an amazing experience! The margaritas were good too. That burger though!!!!!
